By installing, accessing, or using Macro Hero (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Macro Hero is a Zendesk marketplace application that helps administrators search, edit, toggle, and analyze macros at scale. The Service is provided by Watcha, Inc. ("we", "our", "us") and is intended to be installed within a Zendesk Support workspace.
To use the Service, you must have an active Zendesk Support account with administrator privileges. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Zendesk credentials and for all activities that occur under your Zendesk instance.

Macro Hero offers a free tier with limited usage and a Pro tier for $49.99 per month per Zendesk account. Subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms and privacy policy.
Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Due to the nature of digital services, all sales are final and non-refundable. If you experience a critical defect that prevents the Service from functioning as described, please contact us at support@macrohero.app and we will work to resolve the issue or, at our discretion, issue a refund.
The free tier includes limited Pro feature uses (e.g., bulk edits, toggles, exports) so you can evaluate the Service before subscribing. Once free trial uses are exhausted, a Pro subscription is required to continue using paid features.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that may harm the Service, other users, or us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Watcha, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your macro data entirely within your browser; we do not store your macro content on our servers. We only store your Zendesk subdomain, plan status, and aggregate usage counts.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seoul, Republic of Korea.
